Arrival / Departure

Your apartment is ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Free cancellation is possible up to 31 days before arrival
• From 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged
• From 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price will be charged
• From 24 hours before arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee

We therefore recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
