In our traditional and freshly renovated house, we rent out 7 completely new holiday apartments, in which we can accommodate 2 to 6 persons each. They are located directly next to each other, have their own private access and offer you full equipment with all the comfort you can imagine. The apartments are very spacious; the feeling of space is a modern one, but always with that certain Tyrolean cosiness. The kitchens fulfill all your wishes: stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dishes - literally everything you need for your vacation in the Zillertal is available. Each apartment has its own private sun terrace with a view into the greenery. There is also a heated storage room for your E-Bikes, bicycles, skis or ski boots. The parking lot is directly at the house and is available to you free of charge.

Our house is located at the entrance of the idyllic Zillertal community of Stumm. We are in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, bus stops and sports stores and the entire village infrastructure of Stumm and the neighboring community of Kaltenbach. The gondola lift and valley station of the top ski area "Hochzillertal", one of the best and largest in the Alps, is only 5 minutes' walk away. The other skiing areas of the Zillertal, such as the Hintertuxer Glacier, Mayrhofen, the Zillertal Arena or the Spieljochbahn are also in the immediate vicinity.
You will not need your car and can reach all important spots easily and quickly on foot or by public transport.

In summer our house is ideal for experiencing all the highlights of the Zillertal: all side valleys such as Gerlos, Tux, Ginzling or Zillergrund, the Zillertal Alps Nature Park, the Hintertux Glacier and other mountain areas are a maximum of half an hour away. The Ziller, which gives the valley its name, with its cycle path and promenade is a popular destination for relaxing days along the valley floor. For those who like it more sporty, there are countless mountain bike tours, now easier to manage with e-bikes; or the popular hiking trails in the Zillertal Alps, in every degree of difficulty: from idyllic routes in the forest, medium-difficulty tours to mighty peaks, via ferrata for families or challenging sports climbing - everyone will find something to suit them!
